great spot for exploring parks and vibrant streets

We had an amazing time here during our family trip with kids, as the hotel was just a few steps from the East Market District's great local eateries and a short walk to Waterfront Park, which offered beautiful views and plenty of room for them to run around.

Amazing location and comfy stay!

I had a wonderful night at this hotel with a fantastic location close to many attractions within walking distance. The room was beautiful, and the view from my queen room with city sight was an added bonus. The beds and pillows were super comfy, which made for a restful night's sleep after a long day. The staff were personable and really made us feel welcomed. One area for improvement would be to offer more breakfast choices that are included in the stay.

The Ac Hotel By Marriott Louisville Downtown features a fantastic location with numerous attractions within walking distance. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance and offers an impressive view from the room. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. The staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

The ambiance of the Ac Hotel is elegant yet inviting, with spacious common areas and easy navigation for seniors. The staff was especially accommodating, providing assistance with my luggage and making sure I had everything I needed.

Breakfast pricing could be more senior-friendly.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy! The beds and pillows were seriously nice, perfect for catching z's. The shower was awesome too, felt like a mini spa. Plus, the views from the room were a cool bonus. Really enjoyed the vibe of the room overall.

Disappointing Experience

We stayed just one night and faced multiple issues. Parking costs added up, and the breakfast rate per person felt unfair for families. Claims of an accessible room proved false, and we were charged for a service animal despite legal protections. Not family-friendly at all.

We had a wonderful night with comfy beds and gorgeous views of the city. The cozy lounge and pool were perfect for relaxing, and we really enjoyed our time there. Just be aware that parking will cost you an extra fee, so plan ahead! 😊
